Franc & Blanc

As part of this year’s events and inspired by the Franc Fest Tastings previously held, Franc and Blanc is a tasting that highlights one of the most beguiling, intriguing and successful red ‘Bordeaux’ grapes grown in the Santa Ynez Valley – Cabernet Franc.  Last year, we had 23 wineries from only Santa Barbara Wine Country gather at Gainey Estate Vineyards for this special tasting focusing on Cabernet Franc and Blanc-based wines like Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, and all other Blanc-Based wines.

Jake Francis of Valley Piggery will once again return with his highly curated food matched to the Francs and Blancs along with live music.  Nestled amongst ancient oaks, with sweeping views of the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley, this will be a unique and special tasting of Santa Barbara Wine Country’s best and brightest.
